Product Order Discarded
A draft Product Order was discarded as a whole and deleted, freeing its BOM lines.

Trigger
ProductOrder.discard (UI Delete on an order), or removing an order’s last item through Delete or Update. discarded is transient: the use case deletes the order, so no stored order has that status.

Consumers
In-process DomainEventAuditLogger ('*') only. Product Order events are internal domain events (ProductOrder.events.ts); there are no integration events and no outbox. The command’s use case dispatches the collected events once, after every write and after the per-project lock is released; a dispatch failure never fails or rolls back the command.
