A Product Order Item's source status (current / outdated / orphaned) changed after comparing it with its BOM line.

Trigger
ProductOrder.refreshSourceStatus (UI Refresh status; POST …/product-orders/actions/refresh-source-status), and the refresh that acceptBomQuantityChanges runs first (UI Update). Runs in every invoice status; never writes a quantity or price.

Consumers
In-process DomainEventAuditLogger ('*') only. Product Order events are internal domain events (ProductOrder.events.ts); there are no integration events and no outbox. The command’s use case dispatches the collected events once, after every write and after the per-project lock is released; a dispatch failure never fails or rolls back the command.
